Welcome to Colònia Agrícola Plana Novella, a project dedicated to the recovery, sustainability, and reinterpretation of its legacy.
Our wine selection comes entirely from the Garraf Massif, the environment that embraces and gives meaning to our project of recovery and sustainability.
These wines are a direct reflection of a singular territory. Our vines grow in shallow, limestone soils that provide a marked minerality. The proximity to the sea brings the influence of the "marinada" (sea breeze), ensuring slow ripening and an unmistakable saline touch.

Tradition, Culture and Territory
The Colònia Agrícola Plana Novella Restaurant is located within the Garraf Monastery, in the heart of the natural park. In this peaceful setting, the former colony is reborn as a place of coexistence where sitting at the table becomes a ritual in support of the Common Good. It is a place where cultivating, cooking, and nourishing oneself are acts driven by respect for people, life, and the planet
